Survey for beginner devs

I've been meeting a lot of people who are new to their programming careers and feeling a bit lost. Here's a bit of a character sketch of who I am talking about.
These folks:
- are often self-taught, or learned through online courses, or they went through a coding bootcamp that left them feeling a bit confused about how to further their skills
- are sifting through and following advice that they've found on blogs and forums online
- have the drive to learn and grow, but worry that they are putting their effort in thw wrong place
- believe they have good foundational skills (which might be true) and that it's now time to learn something more advanced (like a framework, another language or something else)
- might have gaps in their foundational knowledge, but have no real way of knowing
- have not built anything much - they may have done some tiny projects, or just followed tutorials that guided them step by step and made all the hard decisions for them
- have looked into joining a bootcamp but are struggling to figure out which one to choose, or struggling to justify the cost (I've seen some bootcamps charge more than $1000 per week, this is insane)
- come from many different backgrounds, some are young people looking to begin their first career, and others might be looking to switch careers
- are not sure how to find that first software development job
My theory is that there are a lot of people with the grit, potential and time to break into software development if they are set up with the right scaffolding and support.
My other theory is that I can reach some of these people. I would like to help set them up for success.
My other other theory is that a lot of coding miss the point and cost too much for a lot of these folks.
Is this you? Do you know anyone like this?
The picture I pained above describes you, I'd appreciate it if you could fill out my survey.
And if this describes someone you know, I would be grateful if you shared this with them.
End goal
There is a lot that is wrong with the software development training industry. I want to build something new that gets things right.
I want to build something that helps to unlock human potential in new ways.
But first, I'll need some information.
Thank you for your help with this.
